Graphite molds are mainly used in the following fields:
1.Graphite mould for non-ferrous metal continuous casting and semi continuous casting: artificial graphite used for non-ferrous metal continuous casting and semi continuous casting is considered to be a more suitable material. Through production practice, the graphite mold has good thermal conductivity and self-lubricating performance, which not only improves the casting speed, but also can be directly processed due to the ingot size and smooth surface. 2.Die casting die: artificial graphite material has been successfully used in non-ferrous metal die casting.
3.Graphite mould has been successfully used for centrifugal casting.
4.Glass molding mold, graphite mold has become an indispensable mold material in glass production in recent years, and can be used to make molding molds for various special-shaped glass bottles such as glass tubes, bends and funnels.
